Keith Butler
Co-founder and President
Keith co-founded Veritek in 1979, leading the company's growth and business development. Keith has been active in most all business and technical aspects of the company. Keith served as President during Veritek's lengthy independent pursuits and after selling the business, continued on as President of the Global EMS division of REMEC from 1997-2005 during REMEC's ownership. In July of 2005 he completed the acquisition of the EMS division from REMEC re-forming the company as Veritek Manufacturing Services. With over 25 years of industry experience, Keith brings an unyielding focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for quality manufacturing solutions that has been a cornerstone of the company's success.
Bill Weiler
Director of Operations
Hailing from the East Coast with a strong Engineering background, Bill joined Veritek in 2000, and is responsible for all materials, planning, manufacturing, and engineering support activities in the two Escondido and Tijuana facilities. Bill's 30+ years include similar responsibilities in commercial and military electronics manufacturing at GEC Corp., TRW, and Executone Business Systems.
Vance Bitton
Director of Programs
Joining the company in 1988, Vance directed our company’s procurement and material management for many years. Since 1997, his attention had been focused on Veritek client management supported by his material background as well as a strong commitment to fulfilling individual customer needs. With 21 years of industry experience and his fun loving attitude, he continues to lead the Programs team to exceed our customer’s expectations.
Ken Clark
Director of Sales
Prior to joining Veritek in 2003 to lead the company’s sales efforts, Ken held management positions at both Plexus and Avnet Electronics. With over 22 years of industry experience, he has built a New Business Development team consisting of key Manufacturer Reps and Engineering Design firms to pursue Veritek’s focus of strategic business relationships.
John Tansil
Director of Quality Assurance
Heading Veritek’s Quality Assurance department since joining the company in 1991, John previously worked for TRW and Siemens and has over 24 years industry experience.
