        Responsibilities:

 To support the transfer of new product test into the factory.

 

• The appropriate candidate will have to ensure a smooth transition of prototype assemblies into pre-volume manufacturing test.
• Developing test strategy and processes based on in-house model and customer’s specifications.
• Working with the customer product design engineers and suppliers to facilitate the introduction of new technologies into manufacturing.
• To coordinate product test improvement plan for continuous engineering.
• Specifying, ordering and coordinating installation of test equipment, as well as justifying capital expenditure through bench marking, evaluating and market research.
• Coordinating RFQ functions like test timing, manpower, efficiency cost, etc. and providing complete quotations for new strategic business opportunities.

 

Requirements

• At least 3 years work experience in engineering
• Bachelor Degree of Electrical/Electro Engineering preferred
• Ability to read, write and communicate in excellent English to the extent necessary to accomplish the job.
• Exposure to PCB layout principles and tools is helpful.
• Strong digital architecture and circuit knowledge of PC/Server, storage, and communications products required.  Analog knowledge is a plus
• Effectively use common electronic manufacturing equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, PLD programmers, etc.
• Effectively use common electronic manufacturing documentation.

• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

• Knowledge of ISO9001:2000 requirements preferred
• Expert with MSWord, Excel and Outlook (or equivalent)
