Responsibilities:

 

• The Test supervisor is responsible for Testers and Technicians operations conducted each day on the manufacturing floor.

• Tracks and maintains production test, quality and troubleshooting of printed circuit boards rework.

• Takes direction from the operations manager as to what the daily operations and goals are.

•  Keep current with the jobs that are to be ran each day.

• Willing to learn and participate in all processes required to assemble units.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Give direction & delegate to team members.

• Hire, train, and prepare employee performance evaluations.

• Responsible and follow customers requirements. Keep detailed data of test results.

• Participate in SET team meetings.

 

Requirements:

·         Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

·         6 to 10 yeas experience in the field or related area.

·         Good understanding of Bill of Materials, assembly drawings, schematics and test procedures.

·         Able to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.

·         Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and computer.

·         Soldered skills preferred
