• Drive Manufacturing input, Manufacturing plan, concurrent engineering, fulfillment strategy, and milestone achievement.

• Influence and escalate issues within Manufacturing and Business Unit.

• Provide analytical support and make recommendations regarding scheduling systems, materials, capacity planning, and revenue management.

• Develop and manage cross-functional and cross plant tools and processes to support these functions. Create proposals and work with the engineering team to finalize agreements

 

Requirements:

 

·        6 to 8 years of NPI experience working in the manufacturing industry.

·        Thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment and be able to define and articulate NPI process while balancing the market needs of the Business Unit.

·        Working understanding of system architectures, design concepts and engineering development practices.

·         Investigate and evaluate new tools and equipment that will improve the quality of the product and efficiency of the group.

·        Develop solutions to key and short term problems of a complex nature, which will require cross-functional and cross organizational issue resolution experience.

·        Demonstrate a technical expertise to use of multiple tools and pieces of equipment and is able to train and mentor others in the use of the tools and equipment. Promote team conformance to established procedures.

·        Basic knowledge of financial planning and production control areas

·        Manage project staff including vendors, subcontractors, Manufacturing Engineer and Program Managers.
