Job Responsibilities:
· Perform all duties and responsibilities in all work centers for a specific department. (Work centers are Ball Bond, Wedge Bond, Pick & Place, PCB Assembly, Modular Assembly, etc.)
· Solder and assemble printed circuit boards with and without the use of a microscope.
· Perform other related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
· Good Ability to work with small components and all other applicable materials
· Capable of following both verbal and written instructions
· Must be able to work under a fast pace environment
· Must have flexible work schedule
EDUCATION
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Will train
JOB EXPERIENCE
· Must have previous experience as Assembler or related work experience.
· Must be proficient (both quality and quantity) in all work centers within a specified department
· Must be able to work under a microscope up to eight hours per day
